Return & Refund Policy

SECTION 1 – Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

SECTION 2 – Returns (if applicable)

Due to the epidemic and customs reasons, the sold products cannot be returned to the seller’s warehouse, so we will not provide return services for any undamaged products.

SECTION 3 – Exchange & Refunds (if applicable)

– We do not accept returns of merchandise unless the defective merchandise is caused by the seller, in which case they will be replaced, as the case may be, or refunded at the buyer’s discretion.

-To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide relevant information to prove that the defect is caused by the seller. At that time, the product sold will be replaced and a new package will be sent by the seller at the seller’s expense (the buyer does not need to return the product), as the case may be, or a refund at the buyer’s discretion.

-The redeemed gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

-If the buyer cannot receive the ordered package after 3 months, the buyer can contact the seller to solve it.

-After we confirm that the product you received is defective, we will email you a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SECTION 4 – Certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not caused by the seller.

SECTION 5 – Some situations in which sellers cannot refund (if applicable):

There is no problem with the product, and refunds initiated for personal reasons will not be accepted.

SECTION 6 – Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. SECTION 7 – Disclaimer: Since this website preferentially uses DHL/4PX logistics for delivery, the freight cost is high, so in the event of a return and refund, the buyer will be responsible for the freight.
